Which distances can I enter?

Five: a non-timed 3K and 5K, plus a timed 5K, 10K and the 21K Half Marathon. Each has its own minimum age on race day, shown beside the race when you register.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes, and it differs by race — shown beside each race on the registration page, measured on race day. Please check it before you pay: your date of birth is part of the runner profile you complete after payment, so that is the point at which the age is confirmed. If you realise the runner is in the wrong race, email support@run2feed.com before completing the profile.

What's the difference between the timed and non-timed races?

The non-timed 3K and 5K are for anyone who wants to take part without racing the clock — walk them, jog them, bring the family. The timed 5K, 10K and 21K are competitive races.

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Non-timed 3K and 5K: ₹375, with codes bringing that to ₹350 for devotees and ₹300 for students. Timed 5K ₹600, 10K ₹750, 21K Half Marathon ₹1000.

How do the student and devotee rates work?

Accepted Answer

Enter the code for your category in the "Discount / referral code" box while registering — the total updates before you pay. Bring valid photo ID or a student card to bib collection; anyone who cannot produce proof pays the difference to the standard rate before collecting their bib.

How does registration work?

You pay first, then complete your runner profile. Registration itself needs only your name, mobile number, email and category — you can add your t-shirt size, date of birth, blood group and emergency contact any time after paying.

When do I get my bib number?

Your bib is issued once your payment is confirmed and your runner profile is complete. We send bib numbers and race-day details about a week before the event, and you can view or download your bib any time from My Registrations.

Question 9

I registered but never finished my profile. What happens?

Accepted Answer

Your place is secure — payment is what reserves it. But no bib is issued until the profile is complete, so finish it well before race week. You'll find it under My Registrations.

Question 10

Can I register my whole family or team at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Group on the registration page and add a row per runner, each with their own category. You pay once for the whole team.

Question 11

My payment failed. Have I lost my place?

Accepted Answer

No. Your entry stays and you can retry payment from My Registrations — the failed attempt shows the reason given by the bank. Nothing is charged for a failed payment; if anything was deducted, your bank auto-reverses it.

Can I get a refund?

A 40% refund of the basic registration amount is available for requests emailed to support@run2feed.com on or before 26 January 2027, the day registration closes. After that no refunds are processed. See the Terms & Conditions for the full policy.

Can I transfer my bib to someone else?

Accepted Answer

No. Bibs are strictly non-transferable, and any exchange or alteration leads to disqualification.

Where does my registration fee go?

Accepted Answer

Run2Feed is organised by ISKCON BCEC Food For Life, Pune. Surplus from registrations and donations funds sanctified meals for people in need — that's the point of the event.

Question 15

Can I donate without running?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the Donate page. If you need an 80G tax exemption receipt, tick that option and provide your PAN and address — the receipt is emailed to you.

Question 16

I have an account but forgot my password.

Accepted Answer

Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. We email a link that works once and expires in an hour. If your account was created for you during checkout, you can set a password of your own from My Profile.
